Movement has been part of my life since I was 17. I teach from years of embodied experience, not trends or performance goals. My roots are in Kundalini Yoga, supported by Yin Yoga (4 years), sound baths (5 years), and meditation & breathwork practiced since my teens. I also love moving beyond the yoga mat. Pilates brings me calm strength and slowness, while running, lifting weights, and resistance training keep me curious and well-rounded. I believe the body thrives when it’s challenged gently, supported intelligently, and allowed to rest deeply. My classes are grounded, intuitive, and nervous-system aware, designed for optimal wellness, not pushing, fixing, or proving. I’m the co-founder of The Pear, a space where conscious movement and community meet. Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more at home in your body.
