Autumn Reset Weekend

As autumn arrives, we retreat to the countryside for a weekend of rest and recalibration.

Location: A cozy guesthouse in Lüneburger Heide, just an hour from Hamburg.

The weekend includes:

• 2 nights accommodation
• Morning yoga each day
• Evening yin/restorative sessions
• All meals (vegetarian, locally sourced)
• Guided nature walk through the heath
• Plenty of unstructured time

Why a reset weekend?
Sometimes you need more than a single class to truly land. This weekend is an invitation to pause—no emails, no rush, just space to breathe and be.

Limited to 12 participants to keep the group intimate.
