Avara is closed
Avara went offline on 30 September 2026.
Why
Too few teachers used Avara regularly for me to keep running it as a one-person project. A clean ending beats a service that slowly rots.
What might come next
I still teach, and I still need what Avara did for me: one calendar that syncs to my phone, a public schedule, studio rates and invoices. So I'm rebuilding that core as a much smaller tool, for my own teaching first.
If it holds up, I may open it to a few other teachers. No date and no promise.
Want to hear if that happens? Email me with one line about how you teach. I'll write once, if there is something to try.

All personal data from Avara is deleted on 31 October 2026. If you need something before then, email hey@avara.community.
Calendar sync errors
If your phone still shows an Avara calendar subscription, remove it in your calendar settings. It won't update anymore.
If you followed a teacher here
Their schedule isn't on Avara anymore. Follow them through their own website or Instagram.
Thanks to everyone who tried it. — Lennart
